Mok'ra, Tribe!

We ventured into Dragon Soul LFR on Tuesday with 9 people! We won multiple pieces of treasure, which will aid us in future battles. We'd love to have you join us! We run the LFR raid on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday was a day of conquests for the Tribe as well, as 10 intrepid members slaughtered Alizabal beneath the fortress of Baradin Hold, then adventured into Dragon Soul to conquer Hagara for the first time! It was a day of blood and glory!

Zlinka is earning her way to the flamingo mount and hopes to discover a pet wasteling -- or maybe even a rocket -- in the heart-shaped boxes that Apothecary Hummel keeps in his mysterious chemistry lab in Shadowfang Keep.

Hey folks!

So I went to my doctor for a checkup, and we agreed that it's time for me to lose some weight. I don't know if any of the rest of you are interested in trying to do the same, but the time has come for me to really take it seriously and make it happen.

So that said, I'm going to be posting my weekly weight loss here. If any of the rest of you would like to play along at home, please feel free to do so.

I'm starting at 272 lbs. I'm a big guy, clearly. I'm tall, so that weight is pretty evenly dispersed, so I've been able to fool myself into thinking that I've been okay with this for a long time now.

So each week, I'm going to ring in with the number of pounds I've lost. Feel free to do the same! No need to discuss your starting weight, or your goals, or anything at all if you don't want to. But it might be nice to do this as a group. Maybe this is the push you've been waiting for?

The Tribe strode into Dragon Soul LFR on Tuesday with 12 people! We had great success, winning 6 pieces of treasure for our members, which will greatly strengthen us in our further battles. Please join us! We run the LFR raid on Tuesdays at 7:30.

Thursday was a red letter day for the Tribe as well, as our 10 man group adventured into Dragon Soul and conquered Zon'Ozz for the first time! We rampaged through Morchok, Yor'sahj, and Alizabal (in Baradin Hold) before returning to Zon'Ozz to perfect our ball bouncing and finally get him down! We then flew up to the top of the tower to confront Hagara, and we almost defeated her before having to retire for the night. Next week, she will breathe her last!

Zlinka successfully pickpocketed Hagara before the battle began, and became the proud owner of a mysterious decoder ring. She is now on the track of the one known untainted black dragon egg, which was smuggled to Ravenholt manor.

Our 10-man raid is moving to Thursday evenings at 7:30, instead of Friday evenings, to better suit people's schedules.

On Tuesday night at 7:30 we ventured into LFR Dragon Soul with 7 members with great success, winning seven pieces of treasure to strengthen our Tribesmates! We run every Tuesday at 7:30 -- join us!

On Thursday night we ventured into Dragon Soul where we defeated Morchok handily. Then we parachuted down into a smelly, oozing maw where attempted, and conquered, Yor'sahj the Unsleeping for the first time! Congratulations, Tribe, on a job well done! We then proceeded Baradin Hold where we brought down Alizabal with her many spinning blades.

Congratulations to Aeln on her promotion to full member of our guild! We are happy to have you.

Ironsong ventured into LFR Dragon Soul with 9 people last Tuesday with enormous success. Our group formed over a third of the raid. We won much treasure for our members! Reperkussion in particular got five new pieces of gear, followed by Sevdrith (4), Vilemoon (3) and Sbin (3), Sreng (2), and Oryx (1) and Zlinka (1). This is a great boon for our Tribe, and will greatly strengthen us in future battles. We run on Tuesdays at 7:30. Join us! It's more fun to fight alongside friends, and with a group of us it increases our chances of winning items for each other.

On Friday we conquered Alizabal for the first time, deep in the murky, cobwebby depths beneath the fortress of Baradin Hold. We then went into the icy wastes of Dragon Soul to defeat Morchok and make progress against Zon'Ozz. We tried a new strategy of ball bouncing which felt more 'healable' to our healers than last week's strategy. We look forward to perfecting that strategy and defeating him in the near future.

There was no moot last week due to Sreng's absence, but in general moots are held every Monday at 7:30 p.m. in Grommash Hold. Join us for socializing and fun!
