Nice vidcap; what UI is that?

I use a combination of xperl, bartender and fubar to make up most of my interface. Xperl for the unit frames, bartender for the action bars and fubar for all the extraneous stuff at the top and bottom of the screen. There is a whole bunch of other stuff in there but they're mostly mini addons for fubar.
