Moot 8/7 News - Farewell Valtrinity |

Last evening the moot was held in Mulgore and we were sad to bid farewell to our dear Valtrinity who announced she will be leaving the tribe as well as WoW altogether.
In the RL Val's player has alot going on and needs to devote more time to personal projects and so is taking an indefinite hiatus.
In the RP world...Valtrinity has finally gotten a Lead on the whereabouts of her Father's great weapon "Mulgore's Liberator" and so is leaving the tribe to follow that lead to wherever it may take her.
Veramorla has left also and is now with her sister Sivaras...the two both joined by their mother's unholy curse. Perhaps only together can they rid themselves of it's evil. In the meantime, Vera does not wish the tribe to be victim to any more of her mother's evil.
Valtrinity has been with the tribe many years and has provided much of the tribe's lore and RP history. She has served as an officer and has been a source of counsel for the rest of us and has set an outstanding example for all RPers in the tribe. Her wit and wisdom will be sorely missed...especially in the officer channel.
I will not say goodbye to Val for I hope someday the tides will change and she will return to us...so for now let's just say "safe journeys" to wherever the roads of life may lead, and wish her well in all ways.

Well, the time is almost upon us. The forests ring with the sounds of peons' axes cutting a heroic quantity of firewood. The clefthooves low and roar in the fields, fat and ready for the slaughter. Pots clatter, spearheads gleam, and ancient, noble banners unfurl.
A full schedule of activities is to follow shortly. For now, a few things to bear in mind:
We have had an extraordinarily wet and rainy summer. If you are camping, plan accordingly! Last week my in-laws successfully camped in our yard for two weeks, so we know it can be done! However, DEFINITELY plan on bringing an air mattress or something to get you up off the ground.
I am now accepting PayPal donations! Send these to my personal email address, feldenglas at hotmail dot com. I'll post donation amounts so we can keep a running tally (these can be either public or anonymous, at the giver's discretion). Donations will be used to defray the cost of toilets, food, citronella fuel, snacks, drinks, etc.
Aka'magosh!

Yeah we all kind of knew this, but it is good to have official word on it;
Wrath of the Lich King to be Released in 2008
Shacknews reported that according to Mike Morhaime (Blizzard Entertainment's CEO), Wrath of the Lich King will be released between October and December 2008.
"We have said that it will be coming out this year," Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime revealed in a conference call today. "I can tell you it's not coming in the July to September quarter."
As for the Wrath of the Lich King beta, Morhaime noted that "testing is going very well." During the call, Morhaime also mentioned that 40% of the World of Warcraft subscribers that left for Age of Conan have since returned.
