The Wrath Gate RP event will be held at this weeks moot. In RP time this moot will happen just after these events take place.
Please do your best to complete the quest lines before that if you do not want any spoilers. You can see a list of those quest lines here:
<!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="http://www.ironsongtribe.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4265">viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4265</a><!-- l -->
After this event takes place it will become a part of Ironsong History and will be open to RP by anyone in GC.
As a player...please consider what this turn of events means to you. How will it affect you? Will it change you for the better? Worse?
No one will have license to change any of these events...but you can decide if you were there or not.
If you want you may prepare a brief situation story to share (please keep it brief.) You may tell us at the moot but please do not "mary sue" yourself. By that I mean for example...you may tell us how you fought in the battles...you cannot say the battles were won because of you. Of course it is fine to rp that you saved or rescued a tribemate.
Lastly...I will be narrating events in GC prior to the moots start time at a few minutes before 6:00 so please prepare to arrive at the moot having just fought one of the hardest battles of your life. You may be injured...you may hurt. One thing is certain.,..this event has changed all of us.

Last night we held the 4 year anniversary moot of our tribe at the Elemental Shrine in Nagrand. This wonderful evening was highlighted by a history of the tribe performed by all attending officers. Special thanks to Shillatae and Eveline for putting together a very special event.
We also recounted some favorite stories of times past and remembered some tribemates who are no longer with us but who always remain with us in spirit. I cannot list all of them, but in particular we send our love out to Merrina, Saltin, Damoxian, Valtrinity, Lucinther, Akora, and of course our friends Zema and Edo.
A special ceremony was then held between Kretol and Kuskah as the Death Knights now formally join our guild as brothers and sisters...and of course...as friends.
We have many battles to fight in the coming days. There will be many hard fights and there will be many good times to be had by all. Sing True Irongsong.
You are all the very best.

Prepare yourselves mortals! Next Saturday, December 13th 2008, to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the founding of The Ironsong Tribe we will be leading a series of back to back "old school" raids! The details of the event are outlined below;
Date: Saturday December 13, 2008.
Start Time: 6pm Orgrimmar (server) time.
Raid Targets in order; Molten Core, Onyxia, and AQ40 (time/numbers permitting)
Make sure you have completed the Molten Core attunement quest in order to be able to enter. The attunement requirement for Onyxia has been removed so there is no need to complete that quest.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Events of the Wrath Gate |

There is a thread on plans for this historical event in the members section. As of now we are still asking not to *spoil* anything for other members so, as of now, these events have NOT taken place yet for the Ironsong Tribe.
When this happens it will be RP'd that the tribe took part in it together.
For now please keep RP as happening before the Wrath Gate for your character and we will unfold it for everyone at an upcoming moot. For now you can be considering how this life changing event may have affected you for future RP.
Thanks all

(In-character)
Hey, Tribe.
Wanna take a minute to speak to ya all. Right now, when our eyes be so firmly fixed on de future, I like to ask de tribe to tink for minute on our collective past.
As I sure ya know by now, a small faction of Death Knights has gone renegade. Dey turn dey backs on de Scourge an de Lich King, an' return to homes among de Horde an' Alliance. When de firs' Knights return to Orgrimmar, dey face threats, outrage, an' persecution. Dey got a history of dark deeds; a terrible past dey gonna be tryin' to live down for de rest o' dey lives.
It be real easy for us to pass judgment on 'em. We all lost friends fightin' de Scourge. But before ya start castin' about for another enemy to hate, remember: wasn't so long we all of us was in dem shoes.
De orcs came to Azeroth wit' demonfire in deir veins an' murder in deir eyes. We trolls were cannibals an' murderers. De blood elves were once members of de Alliance. Many of de Forsaken marched in Arthas' own armies, until Sylvanas cut 'em free. De only ones among us dat be innocent is de Tauren, an' dey was de ones dat took us in when we came to Kalimdor, an' reminded us of de spirits dat guide our paths.
De point of all dis is dat once upon a time, de Horde was an engine mindless hatred.
It'd be a shame to see dem days return.
