This is great, Aly, thank you for sharing!  It's neat to see motivation broken down into different categories and then figure out the ones which are strongest for me

Also glad to see Nick Yee is back.  He did a bunch of cool gaming-community sociology several years ago for his dissertation, then he moved on to other things for a while, and now it seems he has returned.  Very excited to see his new project!
