I wanted to let people know about this quest line since we will be doing UBRS a good bit in the next two weeks, and it is very easy to miss. It is the overall Molten Core questline that eventually allows you to summon Ragnaros, but one of the first parts requires a piece from UBRS. We have no firm plans for Molten Core at the moment, but it is on our "to do" list for the next few months.
So, these quests start with Duke Hydraxis, who is a pain to find. Here is a map from Thottbot, and he is on an island off the east coast of Azshara (ignore the other dots).

The first two quests he gives will be "Stormers and Rumblers" and "Poisoned Water". These must both be completed in order to get the UBRS quest, which is for the eye of Pyroguard Emberseer. After that, the quests all involve Molten Core.
Now would be a the most efficient time to do these, and the first two can be soloed. Good luck.
