I have reserved a one-bedroom cabin at Antlers Resort Marina for Krell, Mrs. Krell, and Baby Krell. It seems to be a fairly well stocked cabin, complete with things like a refrigerator, stove, microwave......and television. If it has an oven, I would assume we should try to do some type of baked goods for the moot.

Also, the cabin is supposed to have a small deck area on the outside, so perhaps this would be a good place for those that want to play some table-top games to get together?

I am told that the cabins are located a short walk away from the campgrounds, and there is a store/mini-mart nearby also.

Unfortunately, my automobile will be completely full with us, Sound, and all the assorted luggage, toys, camping stuffs so I will be unable to carry others.

OK, assuming the campground that was chosen was the Antlers RV Park and Campground, it looks like there will be many things to do. They have a Basketball court, Volleyball court, Hot Showers, Pool, Ping Pong, Horseshoes and a General Store.

Hopefully Vanea can respond to this to verify that this is the correct camping area.

If I remember our conversation correctly and judging by his earlier comment where Vanea mentioned Antlers, Krell, I believe that was the one we decided to go with. They've too got a deck (one that overlooks the lake, is rather big and with tables & benches to boot). It looks like we'll be pretty set either way in that regard.

Hmm, and I just looked closer at the site and it's fees are actually cheaper than what Vanea said.
Off Season rates:
Tent Site................$16.37/night/2 people

Additional guests over the age of 4 years:
$4.00/overnight/per person
$2.00/day use/per person

(I don't see any fees listed for double sites.. if they actually have any?) I think I'm looking at this right? *pokes Van*

And I wish this was tomorrow and not five weeks away! I'm looking forward to it so freakin' much.

I just chatted with Vanea briefly about this campground, and it was not the one that he had originally found and posted.

However, since this one has many more amenities (Hot Showers!) we may be switching to it instead.

Vanea is in the process of posting a completely new Topic regarding this, and hopefully it will clear everything up.

oops! /doom me and my assumptions + google internet seacrhes.. >.> However Antler's does look effin' spiffy I must say. Showers = a definite plus. While we may of not known it in our assumptions, we might have found a better campground for us anyways! I'm unsure if there are those who have already booked a room nearby the one we planned on first however. Ah, we'll get it figured out.
