We don't actually use any resist gear for the off-tanks. They do take significant damage, so resist gear can help, but its kind of a hassle and usually the green quality gear gives up a lot in the way of stats.

I don't know if you factored this in (Or if it would even be useful) but I can craft [item]Frost Armor Kit[/item]s and [item]Nethercleft Leg Armor[/item]. Might add a tad more resist/health for your buck if I can get the mats.
