At this point, I would suggest taking a look at the guild bank, and then at the skill level required for making the glyphs you want. It must be 350 or below for us to make it - all 375 skill recipes are from Northrend, and we cannot make Ink of the Sea yet. After that is done, send an in-game message to Linil (Dai's Inscriptionist), Shantow, or Wakaraina. For some of the lower-level ones, we may or may not have spare ink right now.

Got one for Silat for 50g...then saw two on the AH for 25g later on tonight.
I dumped a bunch of herbs into the bank from Anamdubh; hopefully they will be of use to Inscriptionists.

It does exist! I bought it for 9g in the auction house...have no idea where it came from though.
As of right now, we have 4 or 5 folks who can make every available Major Glyph, so as long as you are patient, paying for glyphs shouldn't be necessary.
Waka now has every trainable glyph. Keep in mind that there are many major glyphs that take time to discover. So far, for discoverable majors, she has [item]Glyph of Intervene[/item] and [item]Glyph of Mangle[/item]
