WoW Insider also has a pretty good breakdown of changes by class. Here is their guide:

Keep in mind people that these patch notes just came out and are most likely going to change.
Depsite that fact I am pretty impressed at all the changes. It looks like they are fixing a bunch of things, moving numbers around, reducing talent costs (which is probably a double edge sword), adding new glyphs (hooray for Inscriptionists!), new recipes for it looks like all professions.
The Argent Tournament looks like it could be interesting, and fun. No doubt many of us will be having a go at that *coughs*Kosath The Argent Champion*/end cough*
And sadly, no Power Word: Barrier....but you never know!
Those who are on the PTR, enjoy the new stuffs!

I like the idea, but I find myself suddenly worried that they're going to make this an Argent Crusade based pvp event, which would make absolutely no sense at all.

Yes, indeed. The name suggests that it involves some player versus player aspects, which I agree wouldnt make any sense. But it seems interesting and I am definately curious what it entails.
Excuse me while I have a little squeaking fit over mounts that finally swim! OMIGAW!
...*ahem* I'm good now, it's okay.

They just destroyed warlocks. At least destruction warlocks.

This is some clarification for The Argent Tournament....

So, it may be a good experience for those not into Player versus Player.

Really? Most of the tears seem to be coming from affliction locks.
Yeah, they destroyed aff locks too. There are more afflliction locks around than destro so they have the louder voice. But yeah, both got extensive nerfs and the pvp warlocks aren't happy either. The changes for them do next to nothing so far.
As Eru pointed out things change while on the PTR however, so here's hoping they'll review their confusing changes.

Locks are getting a change-up. Nothing is getting destroyed, but we are getting nerfed. I like a few of the changes they're making, but some things are going to be sorely missed.
